"LIVE LIFE" RIP DJ Hideo

So this past week, I heard the news of DJ Hideo loosing his battle with cancer.... very unfortunate. I only had the pleasure of meeting him one night when I was shooting some friends (Common Ground via hybrid roots), and Hideo let us use his space over on the westside. He was a really genuine person. It was very obvious that he made himself happy by doing what he loved... Helping people recognize how to "feel" music. I know he was a mentor to many and inspiration to all the people he encountered. He was known as the "Hardest working DJ on the wescoast", and because he loved his work, and music was his passion... it wasn't really work to him. I pulled up this shot below from the day I shot Common Ground.... He looks like he's playing around... and well, he was having fun with it! He always pushed on the saying "Live Life". I believe he did and taught many to follow their passions and have fun when you're doing what you love to do. RIP DJ Hideo.
